About the role

Organize safe, practical experiments and interactive demonstrations to encourage observation and active learning. Integrate cross-curricular skills, including basic math (measuring, graphing) and literacy (vocabulary, lab logs). Assessment & Learning Adaptation Classroom & Lab Management Collaboration & Professional Duties

What we're looking for

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Primary Education, or a STEM field with an emphasis on primary pedagogy.
  • Certification: Valid state or national Teaching License/Credential for Primary / Elementary Education.
  • Knowledge & Skills:
  • Solid understanding of early childhood science concepts and child development stages.
  • Ability to translate abstract concepts into concrete, hands-on activities.
  • Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience teaching science in a public elementary or primary school.
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools, interactive whiteboards, and STEM-focused educational kits.
